The S&W Military Boot Knife features a super sharp double edge dagger blade with full tang single piece handle construction (strong and balanced for a throw in a pinch) and is finished off in a lightweight zytel with rubber handle inlay for a superb grip in all conditions. The blade locks securely into the also include custom kydex boot/belt sheath. The sheath also hides nicely if you wear it in the pants clipped out onto the belt. This particular knife's greatest advantage over many other similar boot blade designs is the secure fit it has with it's sheath - it's totally locked in there safe enough to carry upside down on a neck cord and jump around or in any other bodily position. To release the knife push your thumb firmly against the sheath while holding the knife's handle in a closed fist grip. This knife could also be carried with a static cord attached from your belt to the sheath's tip most rivet holes. Then just put the knife deep in the pocket or under the belt and draw away by the handle - the static cord will pop of the sheath as you deploy the knife. Delivered as shown silver blade.
