This section contains knives that are made to be operated with the left hand or are truly ambidextrous. To qualify for this section the knife must be able to be drawn from the pocketd (or belt pouch) opened and closed witht he left hand with minimal effort. True left handed custom or production knives are very rare in today's knife shop because there are so few left handed users to begin with and then also because most left handed knife users and collectors have adapted to the right handed set up on the majority of folding or auto knife actions.
