We no longer provide pre-paid return shipping labels (If you would like one we can forward it to you and remove that amount from your return)

1) - All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee no matter what, unless store credit is issued

2) - We do not refund the cost of shipping from the Initial order. If your order was shipped for free we do not refund that amount (it will be subtracted from the refund)

3) - Returns will only be accepted when they are received at the correct address with the filled out RMA form in the box with the return.

The item being returned must include all original packaging and paperwork, the item must be in brand new and unused un-carried condition to be accepted (All returns and exchanges are inspected upon receival)

Please allow up to 5-6 business days to process returns and or Exchanges.

PVK has a 14 day return and or exchange window after the item is received by you, if your item is beyond that window and or does not pass inspection it is subject to the discretion of the processor for acceptance and or restocking fee increase.

It is the responsibility of the customer to know and understand their local and state laws.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Please call in or email us to cancel an order, cancelled orders will incur a 4% processing fee. Buyers remorse still costs small business.
