Super solid extremely fast auto action.

The back story on this knife goes like this... This amazing Dual Action OTF design (push up on the slider button to fire the blade straight out of the handle and pull back the slider to retract) represents our longtime friend Paul Panak's lifetime journey of switchblade research and development. That journey began would begin with his first switchblade purchase made right here almost 20 years ago back when PVK was mailing paper catalogs and you had know somebody to get on the mailing list. In the early years Paul created extraordinary works of art that began with imported Italians that were rebuilt from the ground up then tricked out with any number of combined extravagant materials. Then at a point he began to build from scratch and went on to challenge himself by building every classic pattern side opening stiletto Italy had ever sent to the United States. The culmination of that work was likely Paul building the legendary square button Latama he did in 2006. This sqare button Latama design was o
riginally built in Italy in the 50s by Sam Polk and Patrazio Pasquale and is truly most most sought after Italian auto ever built with only 12 knives known to be in existence. As the years went by Paul's designs got more modern and a few fixed blades even appeared. Then in late 2013 after many years of consideration and engineering he finally developed his first OTF engine and produced the Razor Stiletto, a modern day design available in both alloy and stainless steel handle models. With that success in hand and many collectors still asking for his older designs he would naturally return to his origins and build an Italian - but this time it's the OTF you see before you with its signature finger guards and matching top and bottom bolster.
