The Protech Monaco is the latest coil fired auto knife design from the California maker's custom knife shop. This European inspired design draws largely from the French made Laguiole folding knife with it's curved handle and top notched blade perfect for the extra finger leverage needed when you're slicing away at hard salamis and cheeses over a bottle of Pinot Blanc. The Monaco features a tip-up pocket carry with outstanding grind lines.
