Frank Beltrame has been producing classic style Italian switchblades or "Stilettos" in the heart of Italy for over 40 years, The care to detail and precision in the spring mechanisms have earned these knives the respect and approval of demanding customers the world over.
This is a fully auto leaf spring fired classic style design meaning once the blade is in the open and locked position, you pivot the top bolster out to unlock and close the blade. These knives feature a sharpened 440C stainless steel blade with handle scales as shown. The Blade is marked "FRANK B Italy".

Latama Swivel Bolster 23CM White Bone Half Grind
Walt's Classic start with a hefty 5mm back spring and 440C new Dagger design; much thicker than the norm. This is then sandwiched between two 1mm thick brass liners. Featuring solid nickel silver bolsters, and all held together with solid brass pins in the traditional fashion.
The blade deploys fast and dead center with a lock up you can hear and feel. The user-friendly solid nickel bolster releases the blade with ease. For the first time ever, the classic Latama over Italy and Walt's stylized cat tang stamps grace the blade.
These important details, traditional Italian design, created by artisans in Maniago, using premium raw materials, all come together to create the Pure Italian switchblade.
