In Greek mythology, Daedalus was a skillful inventor, artist, and craftsman who notably built the Labyrinth for King Minos, hence the name of the debut model, the Lab. We strive to capture that essence in our designs by blending the new with the old. A fusion of the classical and the contemporary with a timeless nature. As makers, we think out combined backgrounds in the modern and traditional spaces lend perfectly to this design philosophy.

With Daedalus Knife Co., we seek to offer an excellent product at an affordable price. With todays market being saturated with $300+ overseas manufactured knives from boutique designers, we would like to offer a product with the same premium feel at half the price. Evan Nicolaides of Esnyx Knives and Justin Lundquist of Justin Lundquist Designs, co-owners of Daedalus Knife Co. (pronounced Day-duh-less).
