This full custom dual action from Matt features a classic style scale release mechanism where you shift the titanium bolster scale with the carbon fiber inlay towards the spine of the knife and the blade cracks out into the locked position. The knife is also fully operational as a manual folding knife, the blade can be deployed using the thumb hole. There is a huge amount of detail in Diskins work to say the least, this fantastic dual action knife also has a machined backspacer.

Matt Diskin is a knifemaker who has studied the arts of the automatic knife for a long time, he has studied with some of the best including Butch Vallotton, Mastersmith Steve Schwarzer and Mastersmith Bill Moran. Diskin's career in the automatic arts has lead him to start a production company to manufacture the Amsterdam line of concealed release auto's along with pioneering some of the industry's premier carbon fiber under the Fiber Smith brand.
